Funding entity Endesa
This project aims to define and develop a tool to be used by the Endesa Planning Department. This tool will simulate the behavior of the Spanish peninsular system over a ten-year horizon with different aggregation periods according to the Planning Department needs. This tool is based on the Valore tool, presently used by the Electricity Market Management. It is necessary to update this tool for use in the new time horizon (in which new restrictions apply), and to develop the new data management tools to provide new inputs, as well as to produce the new outputs required in Planning.
